IRB Full Board Meetings

During a Full Board meeting, all voting IRB members discuss pending research proposals that might pose a higher risk to subjects. Meetings usually take place on the last Friday of every month.

If you are unsure whether or not your project will require Full Board Review, refer to the or contact the Institutional Review Board for assistance.

Research proposals that are not likely to require Full Board Review can be submitted any time during the school year.

Proposals that likely require a Full Board Review must be submitted through the  at least fourteen (14) days prior  to a meeting date. Missing this deadline will lead to delays in your approval process.

The Full Board does not convene May through August, so the final deadline for Full Board proposals is in April.
