Our Fitness Challenges are open to the entire SEU community and are a way to build community, create positive competition among friends, cheer on your peers and participate in a fun, energetic, and a supportive environment.

RecWell's Instructional Programs are designed to help the community build a set of skills in a specific recreational, wellness or fitness activity. From CPR and First Aid classes to the Hillfit Functional Training Series and the Atlas Functional Training workouts, RecWell's instructional programs take a focused and intentional approach to helping our community learn fitness basics, how to create their own workout programs and thrive in the spaces.
Hillfit Functional Studio Training Series
This 6-week program will incorporate a rebounder, sled, agility drills, TRX and more in the brand new Hilltopper Functional Training Studio, located in the Alumni Gym!
Atlas Functional Training
This 3-week program will incorporate TRX, kettle bells, battle ropes, rope pulls and more on the TRUE Fitness Atlas Functional Trainer in the RAC.

Interested in a custom fitness class or challenge for your organization, department or friends? We can come to you, or host you in the RAC. If you are interested in partnering with any area of RecWell, you can request our team to create a custom experience for you.

3rd floor. Primarily used by the Topperettes Dance Team and Kinesiology for Pilates and Yoga classes. When not reserved, the community may use this space for quiet exercise, stretching, yoga, etc.
NCAA Volleyball, Women's basketball and Men's Basketball are primary users, followed by SEU Club women's and men's basketball, women's and men's volleyball and Intramural sports. Community members may use the space when not already reserved. STREET SHOES ARE NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.
Lockers available for rental purchase. Complete with restroom stalls and showers.
Located beyond the front desk near the Wellness Suite. Single stall restroom with single shower.
